At Mureeh Online Furniture, we offer free shipping on all orders over AED 500. For orders under AED 500, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items. We take great care in packaging our furniture to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
We are committed to providing you with the best possible customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Mureeh Online Furniture. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your item within 15 days of delivery. If you prefer to return your item, we will issue a full refund less the cost of shipping. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
